[stp-dev] Test mail again.

Looks like something odd happened with the dev list mailer and some  
folks
got unsubscribed from the list.

I've done a manual re-subscribe of the people whom I know were on the
list, but I may have missed some, so if you know of anyone that is
not getting stp-dev list email anymore, get them to resubscribe.

I'm in touch with the webmaster to see if we can reconstruct what
happened.
