Carl,

There is already an area setup under build.eclipse.org for STP

/shared and some software installed under /shared/commons

All STP committers should already have login access to 
build.eclipse.org.  WebMaster (Denis), created a group for stp builds 
and adds the stp committers that we would decide to be in the "build 
masters" group, that will enable them to run builds in that designated area.

So, once PMC decides who they will be, sending an email to Denis is 
usually sufficient.

There are different build models we can follow.  I am most familiar with 
wtp, which is quite similar to eclipse platform build process but 
automated.  EMF project also has a good build process but driven 
manually.  Scripts and concepts are very similar but a few minor variances.
