Good catch. I updated the doc at: https://wiki.eclipse.org/STEM_Installation_Guide#Downloading_and_Installing_STEM

Are you having to increase Xmx or Permsize? I recently ran a global scale simulation on my laptop with default settings so I'm a bit surprised. What settings are you using and how big is your graph? You might want to add that info to the doc as an example to other users.
