[stem-dev] SVN freeze + Git Migration tomorrow

Just as a reminder, tomorrow (April 30) we will perform the migration from SVN to Git. Please get your final commits into SVN before 9:00am PDT. It'll take a few hours to complete - I'll send a note when things are finished.
