Discussion of bug in org.apache.commons.math.distribution.BinomialDistributionImpl affects method we use ...inverseCumulativeProbability(rndVal)
Causes small inaccuracy in stochastic runs for large N
Bug description: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MATH-718
exists in V2.0,2.1,3.0
caused by simple integer overflow in class PascalDistribution
Fixed on May 20, 2012 (in r1341171)by implementation of the modified Lentz-Thompson algorithm.
We are using V2.0
