Re: [stem-dev] STEM scenario: Transmission of Salmonella between pigs, to pork and to humans

Number 5 has been fixed. When you mouse over a region and more than two regions are contained within the point the region with the smallest area is selected. The fix is in the trunk and the 1.3.1 branch.

Also, the list of polygons rendered by the map is now sorted so that larger polygons are rendered before smaller polygons (kind of, it looks at the area of the attached region). So a farm wouldn't be painted over by a German state.

/ Stefan

Thank you Alex. I was able to run the new scenario. Very nice job!!
Please find below some observations and little TODOs

Food Scenario observations and TODOs

1) platform:/resource/... node is shown in resource set for slaughterhouse in the designer perspective. Should show inner node only on top (this is how population and disease models are presented).

2) No icon is defined for FoodConsumer plugin (using default)

3) No icon is defined for "disease initializer". should use the infector icon with different bg color (JK will fix)

4) SalmPorkGER scenario had two Food Transformers with the same name (different locations). This is confusing. Perhaps
append HH or BR to names.

5) I was unable to click on the little square regions added to the graph of Germany or to open a time series chart for those subregions. Also, when I mouse over the squares I do not get see the region ID etc....

Best Regards,
Jamie

Hi all,

a scenario for modelling the transmission of Salmonella between pigs,
to pork and to humans is attached. The documentation is going to be sent
tomorrow.
