technology.stem Committers,
James Kaufman has expired the commit rights for Dirk Reuter (dreuter).  The
reason for this change is:

Dirk has left BfR and will no longer be working on STEM. The STEM
committers appreciated working with Dirk.

To honor Dirk's contributions to the project, James Kaufman has nominated
Dirk for Committer Emeritus status.
