Done. Welcome aboard, Stefan.
First order of business: there's something funky going on with the description (specifically the logo URL) and logo specified in the project's metadata.

Dear STEM Committer,
This email is a nomination of Stefan Edlund to be elected as a co-Project Lead for the Eclipse STEM project.
Over the past several years Stefan has clearly been the leading committer to STEM and also fulfilled many project leadership responsibilities
including leading calls, handling the STEM releases process, working with all contributors and committers, overseeing architecture, bugzilla, representing our project
( http://geco.blogs.edina.ac.uk/2011/08/08/guest-post-ibms-spatio-temporal-epidemiological-modeler-stem/ ), and more.
Section 4.6.2 of the Eclipse Development Process states that new Project Leads "must be elected by the project's Committers and approved by the Project's PMC and the EMO(ED)."
Per the EDP, this email is a notification of a vote regarding the nomination of Stefan Edlund as an Eclipse STEM co-Project Lead.
All committers should please respond to this note
by sending an email to the stem-dev mailing list with your vote of: +1, 0, or -1
regarding this nomination.
The following STEM committers are eligible to vote:
Matthew Davis
Stefan Edlund
James Kaufman
Yossi Mesika
Christian Thoens
Dirk Reuter
Armin Weiser
Jan-Frederik Wigger
Voting will run for 5 days or until everyone has voted.
Thank you very much for your vote.
Sincerely,
James Kaufman
