Working w/ Stefan on paper; needs version that can accept edits; done post-call

Consider developing toward a particular target platform, e.g., Eclipse 3.6
(Yossi is using this); Eclipse will put in metadata, will make consistent w/
other developers

new project, STEM.targetplatform; can also use in build, e.g.,
Buckminster
- Matt: Will look at this in coming
