That's nice. I looked at the rss.php
source code and it gets the list of releases of the last 2 weeks from a
DB.
So to notify the DB about a new STEM
release we should place the release information in the project metadata.
The 'release' information is in there.
I can put the details about the 0.4.0
release but it won't appear in the RSS as it is older than two weeks.

There's a RSS feed with the latest available project downloads
on it. Any idea how we get the STEM builds on it?
