[stellation-res] Checkins and tag 
I've just checked in some changes, and set a labelled version. The label
is MCC-2002-11-11.

The changes are:
- Fixed compilation errors in the eclipse plugin code.
- Moved core exceptions from org.eclipse.stellation.repos to
   org.eclipse.stellation.repos.exceptions in order to make the core
   repos package less cluttered.

If there are no objections, I would like to package this up, and label
it as developer release 2002-11-11.
