[spaces-dev] Test fragment added

Hi,
I added a simple test fragment to the org.eclipse.spaces.core. It's in 
the form of a new fragment project called org.eclipse.spaces.core.test 
and it contains one somewhat stupid test right now. The idea is to 
provide a good "how to" for adding JUnit tests.
