[spaces-dev] implementation of spaces arch spec

Hi,
I started implementing the interfaces suggested in the architecture proposal
instead of detailing them on the wiki page (it is easier to refactor using
Eclipse IDE than the wiki :). 

The interfaces has been checked into the spaces SVN in the project
org.eclipse.spaces.core.

I have made some small deviations from the wiki spec, and intend to update
the wiki page once the interfaces are done.
