it indeed is a bit late. However I would be happy to mentor a project around that the topic of an OPC UA Client Explorer. I can recommend to read through [1], which might help you writing a proposal in any case.

If you know OPC DA, then you already know what is expected from an OPC explorer client application. Let me know when you have a proposal submitted, and let me know which one is yours, and I will have a look at it.
