Hello everyone,

I am Naveen Raj , I'm a Computer Science Undergraduate from India. I want to know who are the possible mentors for the project topic " Reactive Blockchain Client " under Eclipse Vert.x. I am very much interested to work for the same for GSOC 2018 . I have recently been contributing to Eclipse. Can anyone please give me a brief guidance how to go about it and what are the prerequisites .
