[soc-dev] Signing up as a mentor

Hi,

in the previous years mentors had to attach with the eclipse 
organization on the GSoC pages. We then could also see and rate students 
proposals. Currently the GSoC program page does not allow me to login. 
Was the process for mentors changed?
