+1 for weekly reports, maybe not to the whole distribution list but via email to the mentor would be fine. I encourage my GSoC students also to blog about there work every two weeks.

Mentors, as a reminder here are some deadlines you shouldn’t (please,please,please) miss.

There are two evaluations: The midterm evaluation starts 23. of June and ends 27. of June. Finals are starting 18. of Auguste and ends on August 22.

Please, let Wayne or me know if you can’t meet those deadlines.

What do you all think would it be a good idea to have the “weekly reports” like code recommenders have? Or at least some kind of communication about how you all doing with your projects?
