Hi Dhaval,

some Eclipse projects mark bugs 'helpwanted' which they cannot solve
themselves. [1] is a list of all open 'helpwanted' bugs from all projects.

You might wanna limit the list on specific projects though. E.g. the ECF
project (for which I'm a committer) has a track record with summer of
code students.
