Hi guys,

I am a 3rd year computer science student from New Delhi.

I looked at the project idea for Eclipse Packaging project on the
ideas list and then looked at the discussion at
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=404825

I think I get (as many comments on bugzilla lay out) why this feature
could provide a crucial medium of communication between the Eclipse
Foundation and the user.

Also I understand, as many people said, why this feature has to ensure
that it is not intrusive/distractive and people feel comfortable
knowing that it calls home and can disable it if they choose to.

I would like to be a part of this project and get to work on this new
feature for Eclipse.
