[soc-dev] Mentor evaluations

So far, five out of twelve mentors have submitted evaluations, and nine students have completed theirs. That's a good start, but we need to have all of them filled out.

Students, I consider it your responsibility to ensure that your own evaluations are complete.

Students, please contact your mentor regarding the evaluation. If you cannot communicate with your mentor, please contact me directly ASAP.
