Re: [soa-pmc] [technology-pmc] Required release review documentation has not been provided by some Neon projects

Hi Bob,

I think this makes sense, joining in September should be doable if I understood correctly. I personally understand very well how hard it is to keep up with the open-source involvement with all the other duties of a job that is not 100% open-source.

Best of luck,

Cheers,

Adrian.

So, my understanding is that it is now too late for BPMN2 Modeler to be in the June release for Neon, and will rejoin the release train for SR1 in September.

I'm sorry for missing the deadline and I hope this won't inconvenience anyone in the community too much. Please understand that for some (most?) of us, maintaining a project at Eclipse is not our only job, nor even our primary job. Don't get me wrong, I am proud of being a contributor to Eclipse and try to keep up with the requirements, but sometimes it's all a bit overwhelming.

Again, my apologies for missing the deadline :(

It looks like David just announced on cross-projects that BPMN2 Modeler has been removed from the simultaneous release repository.

If we are to reverse this, the PMC needs to connect with the Planning Council. I can help, but it needs to be driven from the PMC.

Arghh! Sorry about this Wayne - I was sure I had completed the documentation requirements :(

I just returned from a week of PTO and just found out today that I screwed up. Please let me know if it's too late for BPMN2 Modeler to get in on the Neon simrel...

SWTBot contributes its 2.4.0 release to Neon: https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.swtbot/releases/2.4.0-0 . It was approved a month ago together with it's IP Log.
