[soa-pmc] Winery project proposal

Greetings SOA PMC.

I have a new project proposal for SOA [1].

I would very much appreciate any comments or concerns that you have regarding the proposal.

I am tracking the progress on bug 413267 [2].

The project requires two Architecture Council mentors. Your help in soliciting/identifying mentors would be appreciated. Note that I have a bug open [3] against Architecture Council for this already.
