[soa-pmc] Stepping down

Dear friends of the SOA PMC,
over the last two years the nature of my work slowly evolved and by this my involvement in the Eclipse community diminished more and more. This is especially true for SOA project and SOA PMC.  I would like to formally step down from PMC leadership to let someone else taking over the lead who is more active and involved. I would be glad to see someone step up and take the role. I still have to find out the formal steps required, but let's start discussing the next steps in our call tomorrow.
