We are pleased that JWT is willing to move to the JWT category and as far as I can see you already did it after nobody answered your question.

At least there is bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=309633 , but because it's too late for Helios I did not pursue it. Let's put it on the roadmap for helios + 1.
