[smila-dev] JMX client in Equinox console

Hi,

I've just committed some enhancements for the SMILA JMX management client such that
it is now available immediately in the SMILA (equinox) console. See 
http://wiki.eclipse.org/SMILA/Documentation/Management#JMX_Client_in_OSGi_console 
for details and screenshots. 
The operation of the external JMX client should not be affected by the changes.
