[smila-dev] DeltaIndexingManager with eclipseLink/JPA and Derby

Hi all,

I have committed a new bundle
org.eclipse.smila.connectivity.deltaindexing.jpa.impl containing an
implementation of the DeltaIndexingManager using eclipseLink/JPA with
apache derby. The bundle is not yet included in the default launch,
there still the "in memory" impl is used.

Please try this one out (disbaling
org.eclipse.smila.connectivity.deltaindexing.impl and starting
org.eclipse.smila.connectivity.deltaindexing.jpa.impl instead) ! After
some feedback we can then switch over to the new implmentation.
