In general you should not be compiling code from other projects. Not
that it is "wrong" just that you should not need to. Projects,
including SMILA, should be producing downloads that consumers can add to
their "base" or "target" and then just compile against and include in
their deliverable. These are part of the Ganymede release and you can
get them from the Equinox SDK and individually from the Equinox download
page. The PDE Build can be setup to automatically get them.
