Hi,

I had a hard time figuring out where the source code is hosted and where issues are tracked now.

Please update both https://www.eclipse.org/sisu/ and https://www.eclipse.org/sisu/support/ with links to all relevant GitHub repositories.

This is not only https://github.com/eclipse/sisu.inject but also https://github.com/eclipse/sisu.mojos and https://github.com/eclipse/sisu.plexus.

Maybe also adding a link to the former two in https://eclipse.github.io/sisu.inject/ would help.
