There was one bit that called out to Google Translate API in our
commercial product that we were never able to contribute back, but it
shouldn't be hard to reproduce. In fact, all that code is now checked
into the Android OS Project and might be reproduced or rebuilt by an
interested party. There was some interest in a third party about using
the Bing translate API at one time, but we couldn't build that
ourselves.
