Hi,

This morning, I read the articles and I did some tutorials, more specifically:

http://www.eclipse.org/articles/Article-RCP-1/tutorial1.html
- http://developer.motorola.com/docstools/library/document-map/

http://www.eclipse.org/articles/Article-PDE-does-plugins/PDE-intro.html

I think that I had understood the proposal, basically we want that Sequoyah localization editor localize the Eclipse projects?
Yes, that's exactly it! :)

And my questions, I would like to know why the .properties file are "specials"? And when you talk about .properties file we are talking about the file in the image [1].png?
Well, the build.properties file you are showing in the picture is another special file, because it controls which files go in each build: the binary builds are the builds meant "just to be used", while the source builds include the source code, and thus are meant for those people that are developing, because they can use the source code to debug the execution.

Here a link http://blog.richeton.com/2007/08/03/rcp-plugin-localization/ that was useful for me, it might be for you Everton and Igor ;)
This was a very nifty example of how things are connected within the Eclipse environment. Great link!

And feel free to send an email here whenever you need some help. This is the way a community works. :)
