[sequoyah-android-dev] Sequoyah move to tools

The Sequoyah project is being moved to Tools this week. This was part
of the plan, following the dissolution of DSDP. The status of this
process is being tracked by this bug:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=326582

The work is completed from the Eclipse Foundation. We will be
modifying wiki and web pages this week.  If there are any problems,
please email this list and/or create a bug for Sequoyah.

Doug, since I'm not allowed to join or post to tools-pmc, I will defer
to your judgment if it's best to forward to that list.
