[scout-dev] Commit rights for Adrian Moser have been expired

technology.scout Committers,
Matthias Zimmermann has expired the commit rights for Adrian Moser
(amoser).  The reason for this change is:

Adrian has changed employer a wile ago and is unlikely to contribute to
Scout in the future. In case Adrian decides to start contributing again we
will be happy to have him back.

To honor Adrian's contributions to the project, Matthias Zimmermann has
nominated Adrian for Committer Emeritus status.
