[sapphire-dev] Changing Sapphire minimum requirement from Java 5 to Java

I have changed Sapphire minimum requirement from Java 5 to Java 6. This should not have a big impact on supported scenarios since recent versions of Eclipse have all required Java 6.

 

For those building locally, note that you will need to update your environment after getting the latest changes from Git. You will need to install Java 6 JDK and define JDK_16_HOME environment variable.
