[sapphire-dev] Aligning Sapphire 0.5 release with Juno

We are two weeks away from the current release date of 5-15 and we haven’t done enough to ramp down the development. A forced ramp down to stay on schedule will not result in a good release. As such, let’s align 0.5 release with Juno on 6-27. That will give us an extra month and a half to perform a proper ramp down.
