Realistically, you should submit at least a few business days ahead of the start of the review period (a week is recommended). We can run the review Nov. 24-30/2011, so I recommend submitting by November 17.

Also, please let me know what is the latest date by which I must officially submit IP log for review to make the above release date. That is, when I must cut off non-committer contributions.
