[sapphire-dev] Verifying 0.3.1 bugs

With 0.3.1 release date quickly approaching, we need to verify and close all of the fixed bugs and enhancements. There are about 23 that need verification at the moment. This would be a good thing for community members to help with.

 

The rules are simple:

 

1. A bug cannot be verified by whoever fixed it.

2. When you verify a fix, add a note to that affect in the bug with a little description of what you’ve done to verify. One of the committers will close the bug at that point.
