[sapphire-dev] Moving to Juno M1

I have updated the build of 0.3.1 and 0.4 streams to support Juno M1 and use it as the recommended target. This is a first step in our Juno support, which is going to be a bit tricky as official platform for Juno is Eclipse 4.2. For now, we are on Eclipse 3.8, which is also Juno, but will not be the official platform (not in kits or in the official repository). Adoption of Eclipse 4.2 is currently blocked on the difference in build artifacts created by 4.2 build (no zipped repository and no minimal platform zip). I have opened a bug and we will move forward with 4.2 adoption as soon as there is a resolution.
