All bugs have been resolved or deferred. All resolved bugs (except for one) have been verified and closed. We are ready to declare RC1.

 

Go ahead and give this build an extra shake. There will be a 0.3.1 release, but it would be nice not to ship anything too embarrassing in the 0.3 release.
