This automatically generated message signals that Holger Staudacher has
nominated Sebastian Schmidt as a Committer on the technology.packaging.rtp

Sebastian has developed an HTTP Deployer within this year's summer of code.
The deployer can be used with every RT Package and should be a part of
those. Currently their is a CQ [1] open for his contribution. He agreed to
maintain the code within the RTP Project. Therefor I like to nominate him
as a committer.
