Please consider this an umbrella CQ related to the following build and
test
dependencies only for the RT Eclipslink project:

Jars:
pax-exam
pax-examp-junit4
pax-url-aether
pax-exam-container-native
pax-exam-link-mvn
org.apache.felix.framework
logback-core
logback-classic
javax.inject

Rather than having the project continue to request each CQ when the third
party
project revs, it would seem the Build and Test Dependency Guidelines [1]
provides for this umbrella approach.

As such, the other CQs which have been individually raised, will be closed
out
as Withdrawn with the exception of javax.inject, which the project also
has a
requirement to distribute.

PMC  Please discuss/vote on this Workswith request and update this
CQ when that
process has completed.  Should you have any questions concerning the
test/build
dependencies, Dmitry is your contact.
