I don't mind the request being made in the CQ when the mail is also sent to the
PMC list.  The RT PMC list is pretty light, I think any mail coming there from
the CQ bugzilla is always either a request for PMC approval or one of these
workswith requests.  I just responded to the thread on the rt-pmc list with my
approval for workswith.
