It has come to our attention that the PMC representatives for ECF and RAP are not in the official EMO database as RT PMC members.  In order to correct that the EMO needs a record of a PMC vote for these two.  As you should know, the RT-PMC grants each project a representative for the PMC.  Markus Kuppe and Markus Knauer have been representing their respective projects for a long time on the PMC so I view this purely as a formality.  Please cast your +1 for both  Markus Kuppe (ECF) and Markus Knauer (RAP)
