Based on the link, we could turn this CQ into an umbrella CQ for various
versions of jgroups.

Also, if this is a "workswith" request, there is no requirement to attach
source. Instead PMC must discuss/vote on the workswith request and then provide
a URL to that discussion.

At this time, it would seem the right thing to do is assign to "Awaiting PMC",
for the required discussion unless I'm completing misunderstanding:-)
