[rt-pmc] Links on the /rt page are broken

Hey RT-type-folks.

We noticed today that some of the big buttons on the /rt page are roads to nowhere. That is, none of the four big buttons in the top right link to existing pages and result in 404s.

Did something get lost at some point, or did these ever work?

Regardless, it looks like we need some love on the home page.

I noticed that there isn't a Bugzilla product for RT itself. It might be handy to have one for reporting bugs against the website. If you agree, please ask the webmaster to set you up.

While I'm at it... it's time to start thinking about migrating the website CVS repository to Git.
