Re: [rt-pmc] Gemini Subprojects

imo the project infrastructure should support this approach as _one_
IP log is not always best for a project

in fact for clarity sake it would be nice if we could have 2 logs for
jetty moving forward, one for jetty 7 and 8 and another for jetty 9

so imo we should push the requirement up to wayne and see if it can be
addressed at the emo level

the way this project is getting split up like this seems very artificial :/
