You will need to bring this forward to the planning council (via the RT PMC
rep Jesse) as an exception since we are past the date for late
participation on the release (M4). First, we need a positive vote on this
by the RT PMC. Assuming this is a call for the PMC vote, here is my vote:
+1 to approving the Virgo project for late participation in the Juno
release

Hello everyone,
I'm just dropping by to give you heads up about Virgo and our involvement
in the Juno release train so that everyone is on the same page.
Our current plan is to aggregate ourselves in the release repository for
Juno M6. This brings negligible risk as nobody is depending on us and yet
will give us opportunity to prepare our p2 repository properly for the
aggregation.
