[rt-pmc] PMC meeting time

Sorry for the confusion. Last PMC meeting we had discussed moving the meeting back 30 minutes to give us more time. I never got to actually rescheduling the meeting on the RT google calendar. At the meeting today we decided to keep the meeting at its current time 9:30 ET. I think it would be good to try and keep the meeting at 30 minutes.
