Thanks for pointing that out, Wayne.

Krum has contributed a great deal of his time and code over the past few months.
He has submitted 4 patches: 354933, 344926, 354825, 353304 (not all of which have been applied, yet)
and offered his advice and assistance at numerous other occasions. The project has benefitted greatly
from his contributions towards the project build and infrastructure and we are very happy to grant him the
commit rights that we feel he has earned.

I know that Krum is worthy of the nomination based on my familiarity
with him and all of the committers who voted in his favour. However, the

AFAICT, there is one patch contributed by Krum that's been applied. At a
minimum, that bug should have been indicated in the nomination criteria.
FWIW, that attachment [2] should probably be marked iplog+ so that it
appears in the project's IP Log.
