[rt-pmc] Indigo Retrospective

The planning council is going hold a retrospective discussion at the next planning council call. RT project leads should bring forward to the PMC any retrospective comments from their own project's perspective. What worked well? What didn't? How can the process be improved, made more simple etc?

Please post any retrospective comments you have to the pmc mailing list. We can gather the comments and if necessary discuss them at the next RT-PMC call (in two weeks).
