I would expect that for urgent matters it would be possible to discuss
a) it on the mailinglist b) schedule an ad hoc meeting.

Exactly this is a nuisance for people with a dynamic work schedule or
who do not work close to a telephone. It wastes ~half an hour of time.
Thus I suggest a con call is automatically  canceled if there are no
agenda items listed on the wiki one hour prior to the call.
